This is now the second time I TRIED renting a pick up from them. First time they waited until i showed to tell me i didnt give enough notice ( 4 days) So the second time i rented it 2 weeks in advance. Only to get off my plane and get a voicemail in the airport the day I am to pick it up saying again no pick up. So I get a rental from the airport last minute. Once was bad enough.... its just a young manager trying to make a name for himself with corporate. I travel a ton.. and Enterprise in Boulder is scratched off my list.

They rented me a car with a leak in the tire. Instead of giving me another vehicle when I brought it to their attention they put in air into the tire and now I am paying additional $55 for roadside assistance and dealing with a flat tire. Very poor customer service and dangerous practice.

I was in a car accident on 1.19.22 in Boulder and my car is not drivable. I called probably 25 Enterprise locations that had nothing and was told there is a shortage due to the Marshal Fires. For that reason, I was told the Boulder and northern locations were hit hard and have little to no inventory, so I avoided calling these locations and went out east and south with no luck. A coworker of mine reached out to this location just to check and I was surprised to hear they were able to get me into an SUV the next day. Mike and Jake have been amazing taking care of everything through this process as we wait for insurance to make determinations on my car. I will highly recommend this location to anyone looking.

This was an amazing experience, the enterprise in boulder is all about customer service. Jake was super helpful throughout the whole process. 10/10 recommend going here if you need a car temporarily.
