Really helpful staff, especially the manger (I think her name is Anna?) Excellent at explaining what’s what when it comes to filtration and general maintenance. Good pricing for the quality of the parts and chemicals. We have 3 pool supply stores in town and Leslie is by far the best.

We discovered Leslie Pool (and Ann) last year when we were attempting to fix our bad plaster situation. Since we had a new pour this year, Ann has been instrumental in reading our test results and adjusting recommendations with the new plaster pour in consideration. Not only does she customize the recommendation, she is up front about what she doesn’t have in store. Supply chain has been an excuse for a lot of places but I’m confident that it truly IS an issue at This business. As of late - yes, lines are longer and they sometimes don’t have certain testing kits…but she’s upfront and if an alternate close by place has one, we get it tested there and still bring to Ann to review and modify given our specific pool needs. If you’re a pool pro and are a business and can get in and out with just the results then go a 1/4 mile down the street please. Those of us who have residential private pools NEED Ann’s time and experience and the customized attention she gives us.

Horrible customer service I have orders a vacune from the orange CT store. The guy Brady said two days for delivery a week later I was on hold for 20 minutes the manager said they were really busy it was a lie I had just arrived when I get there the guy said oh they sent me the wrong item, I called the orange CT store so I could drive down and pick it up WELL it trims out they DONT have the item it was never ordered by leslie in salen and the ones they have were defective???? Shady business stay away from them.

I spent $329.00 on a Hayward pump and it leaked bad. Real bad. Leslie's promised a refund. I needed a pump Immediately, Leslie's had none in stock. So I called Hayward and they came to the rescue and replaced the pump at N/C and did not want the defective one back. I brought the bad pump to Leslie's and was told I had to wait until they found out if Hayward charged them for the pump. Furious as the Manager had already promised me a full refund (she was out that day), the kid called a District Manager who authorized the refund in full. Over the years I have spent a fortune on their over-priced products. Will not go back again. There's Amazon and a plethora of other vendors. Good riddance and good luck. For those tired of standing in line to have your water tested, buy a Taylor K-2006 Test Kit. You'll be surprised at what you will learn!

What I've found works best is using metal neutralizer along with a mister clean sponge...
