This year we had a very inefficient treatment. Mosquitoes are everywhere. Contacted customer service and they don’t want to reapply treatment. According to one of their emails they stated that they will do it again, but now they don’t want to do it until the third application is applied. Last technician who did treatment did a poor job applying on the areas that were agreed on the contract, but company denied because gps time showed that he stayed enough time doing the treatment. If he would have done the treatment right we wouldn’t have the amount of mosquitoes we have on our yard today. Bad customer service.

I also work in the trades/ industry that provides services to homeowners and it is becoming rare to come across someone so attentive, polite and hard working as Robert. You could practically see the pests running in the opposite direction as he stepped out of the truck onto my drive way!
