My stay of 6+ years at Avalon have been very positive. I have had excellent communication in all areas. From Maintenance to the front office whenever I-had a concern it would be addressed promptly. I felt safe in the environment and met wonderful people.

Living here is beyond my expectations. Caroline made the journey of becoming a part of this wonderful neighborhood so easy. From my 1st tour, to signing the lease, She was accommodating, professional and very knowledgeable. Had and I am continuing having the Best Experience living here. Avalon at the Hingham Shipyard is like a little resort with perfectly sized rooms and so much storage! Very safe neighborhood for myself and my two boys. Pleased to be living here. ☺️

We have lived at Avalon for a few years now. We have always loved the maintenance crew but the leasing agents and management have been a nightmare. They don’t care about the people at all. Our infant daughter has not been able to sleep in her room due to it being too cold (after several attempts to fix it) we asked to be moved to a new unit since we are paying for 2 bedrooms but 1 can’t even be used due to the heating issue. They wouldn’t move us. We had no choice but to break our lease and move elsewhere. These buildings are poorly designed and they don’t care about their tenants!

At the Avalon Shipyard in Hingham, one could not ask for a better maintenance operation or staffing. In my two year residency all maintenance service requests were handled well within 24 hours of reporting. The maintenance staff are exceptionally professional, polite and supportive of the needs and expectations of the Shipyard residents. In my professional career I was a former Maintenance Manager for the United Nations Headquarters campus in NYC. I know what it takes to keep a campus facility and it's community safe, secure and satisfied with their living space and surroundings.
