What a surprised !!!! I just got done watching a video and see many people review say this place has bad people. Great journalists come to see how they treat people and respect them. Sadly, two thugs who dress nice lies and intimidate the journalists. It all on camera !!! The two fancy thugs has giant egos. the whole time their egos too much they could not listen. Hypocrisy run high and corruption run high here !!!! I hope they get the corrupt out and hope the best for them.

Wish I could give no star. After going through the AG, the Governor, State Agencies and two useless Attorneys, it seems that no one cares about the Egregious Activity at Taylor Community in Laconia NH. We gave them a slam dunk case and the State Insurance Commissioner completely ommitted the key figure that implicated them in Recklessly Endangering my Mother. They were clearly pàid to look the other way.

They Defy New Hampshire Bill of Right's about "no Denial" , all they do is Criminally Deny. They even Covered up when Former Officer Freda and others Brutally Attacked me. In-fact they filed paperwork against me on Freda's behalf, and Dick Tracy even threatened me about making complaints. They are so far from un-bias, one cover up after an other. Here's your %1

Go to the AG website www.doj.nh.gov , then to the consumer protection tab and you may download a complaint form. Or call the consumer hotline at 603.271.3643 and they will help you with the form.

How do I invoke the NH version of do not call violators & is there a fine for those whom do not listen,?

Robert Duval | Sep 3, 2019

You report the calls to the same people who added you to the list. If you go on line to the page where you add a number, they used to have “report a violation” on that same page. And yes, they can get fined. If you have ever had a business relationship with them I don’t think do not call applies, but it takes two minutes to do the report so it is worth it.

I my vehicle is damaged, am I compelled to go to the body shop of their choice? Am I allowed to do my own repairs and receive the amount of the estimate?

Your policy should hold the answers you seek. You used to be able to use whatever licensed shop you choose. NH doesn’t have very high consumer protection standards so that may have changed in the last decade.

I live in a Mobile Home Co-op we partitioned our board for a members meeting and they have not responded what are our options? Can we set up our own meeting?

The Attorney General's Office does not serve the general public. It serves as legal counsel to the state. As such, the attorneys there cannot give you legal advice. If you are seeking legal advice, you should retain a private attorney.

The Attorney General's office does not serve as legal counsel to the general public. You should get your own attorney to answer that question.

The Attorney General's Office is not your attorney. They represent the State. If you want an attorney to answer your questions, you should hire a private one.

The Attorney General's Office doesn't advise the public. A private attorney could answer that for you.
