Great place. Well kept up. Board works hard to maintain property values. As an owner for 4+ yrs I appreciate the effort that they put in to preserve Oak Bridge. There are rules as this is a Condo Association and they are expected to be followed. My guess from the one star rating was from a renter that had a rule violation. Great website for keeping owners and potential owners to review.

Oak Bridge is a great place to live. The grounds are beautifully maintained as well as the buildings. I've lived there for over 10 years and have seen several property management companies, and board members, come and go. The current board is the best Oak Bridge has EVER HAD. They are on top of everything and work tirelessly at saving the HOA money and preserving the standard of living that I expect... AND they do it on a volunteer basis. I have no complaints and I have found that the people who complain usually are doing something they shouldn't be. When you have a large group of people living in the same place there must be rules otherwise people will do whatever they want. If this isn't for you then you should not be living in a condo community. I personally don't want to walk outside and see dog poop on the grass, I don't want to get into a dirty pool, and I don't want to see balconies cluttered with people's junk. This is one of the nicest communities in Concord and I want it to stay that way so I am thankful for the enforcement of rules...which by the way, every condo complex has rules. I'm very happy living there.

Nice association. Can't beat the amenities. Board seems to have a good routine of keeping up with any maintenance. The buildings and grounds always look very presentable. More owners than renters here, which is a rarity for affordable condos like this and makes for great for resale! I love that the rules & regulations are actually enforced as I've seen way too many places like this overrun and trashed by people who don't care. Truly a great place to live!

I love Oak Bridge condos. I've owned here since 2005. The complex has it all: Quiet, pet friendly, efficient, garage, elevator and a spotless indoor pool and hot tub you can use year round. It's like living at a hotel. When my dad had to use a wheelchair, it was comforting to know he could get around.

Hello Dave, Buildings 2 & 3 have an elevator to the garage. The elevator is in the middle of the building not in the units themselves. The units are garden style units meaning they are one floor like an apartment. You get one deeded parking spot with your unit. Buildings 1 & 4 and 1 bedroom units in B2 & 3 have numbered, deeded spaced outside. B2 & B3 2 bedroom units have 1 deeded space under the building in the garage. Buildings 1 & 4 do not have a garage or an elevator. Give me a call anytime if you have more questions 603-856-5925.
Yes, some owners do rent their units. You have to contact the owner of the condo. Those landlords usually post an ad somewhere like craigslist or the newspaper. The association does not rent out units. Thank you for asking.
