RUN AWAY!!! While the providers may be helpful, the office staff is pure trash. Condescending, Rude, incompetent, hang up on you, great times! You'd be better off finding a stranger named Frank to talk to them working with the office staff here. Too bad... the mental health providersthemselves are quite nice.

This is the worst place I have went to receive mental health services. They offer no support and are always looking to treat you poorly. Would never reccommend, stay away!!

This place is trash with trashy “professionals”. They don’t call you back, they cancel your appointments at the last minute when they except the client to give 24 hour notice to cancel their appointment. They age discriminate. They say “your fine” when they talk to you over the phone like trying to be a psychic. Cause I’ve never met the team leader in person and complaining about their services and they could careless to improve. Steer Clear from this place they suck

My son has been going to Community Partners for a couple years. I am very happy with the way services are based on his needs, and what works for our family.

Where are you located in Milton, NH?

The Milton, NH office is located on Route 125 between Dunkin Donuts and Dollar General. They do not offer mental health services there, as far as I know. I think they only help with job placement at that location.
