This supplier is a Godsend. My friend visited from NYC and ran out of her ileostomy bags last. We put in an order at another pharmacy in Cooper City, FL and they said they would order it. We were 2 days away from crisis. After 4 days, we went to the pharmacy and they hadn't placed the order, forcing us to buy bags that did not work. We called about 30-40 pharmacies and no one had what we needed. The wrong bag leaked and caused all sorts of problems including skin irritation/burn. We called got a referral from the Broward Ostomy Association for local Hollister reps who put us in touch with a corporate contact in Illinois, who referred us to this supplier. We called Mar-J exhausted of all options and they had a ileostomy product by the same company similar to the product my friend used. Jimmy was super helpful and helped us find a product comparable to the one my friend used. No other pharmacy we called offered such assistance. Jimmy from Mar-J said if we'd come they'd give the ileostomy bags (a total 5) to us because it was an emergency and from time to time people come in and donate items. They saved us. We made the drove 40 minute drive to Boca to Mar-J's where Peter helped us. Both Peter and Jimmy were so sympathetic, so respectful, so responsive they really helped to restore my faith in humanity. Peter noted they have customers all over the world and they have many supplies many other suppliers don't carry. My friend's health was prolonged and a visit to the ER was avoided thanks to Mar-J. I can't thank them enough and I strongly recommend using this medical supplier. If she comes down again we definitely know where to go now. My friend plans to share their info in her kidney disease support network in NY. When you find good providers, support them!!! Thank you Mar-J.
