We bought a iPhone at store around 5pm Sunday afternoon, the staff said that there is no time to transfer data from the old phone because the store close at 6pm. So We need come back the second day for the trade in We went back home and it took my daughter 30min to finish the data transfer. The following Monday I went back to store for the trade in. They kept me waiting for 20mins until some one come to accomplished the trade-in in 5 mins. During the whole waiting period I saw multiple staff just standing there doing nothing. Worst customer experience ever!

The lady that helped me did not give me the best service I would have liked. She was very condensing and not helpful. Like I couldn't afford it. I was helped when I got in by a very nice gentleman that gave me a wait time.
O U
The most useless kind of help setting up the phone - employees not proactively trying to solve problems and letting customers waste their time. Just left a table full of frustrated people waiting to have some sort of solution. Something needs to be done for training

Noah, one of the team leads told me that while he had authority to replace my AirPods, he would not do it *because is would be unfair for all the other customers who had bought Apple Care.* My AirPods failed. Apple tech, they said it’s a known issue, and it’s so bad they extended the warranty. Then he took extra time to verify that my particular AirPods qualified for the warranty extension, and told me to go to an Apple Store for replacement. He even offered to call ahead to make sure they had enough in stock for me. Noah blocked that. I called Apple Support again, they told me the store techs have the final say, and best I could do is go to another store. I called the store to let them know just how awful my experience was. Kyle the #2 from the "top" called me and went into a nervous, slightly frantic cross-examination, asking the same question multiple times with different words. He called me back 5 hours later to tell me all he had done -- which for me was nothing. He had rigorously read my notes, looked up my serial number and played back the video surveillance tapes at the store. He did not, however, acknowledge what the Apple reps had told me over the phone -- nor did he try to verify it by playing back those recordings. Euphorically, he announces to me that he had rigorously gone through every detail and my situation was screwed. He wrapped that up with a bow with an equally sarcastic "Happy Mother's Day!" ... either the labor market is super tight, or it's time to short Apple stock.

You may either walk in, call in, or schedule an appointment online on Apple's website.
If your needs are not being met maybe a newer version is what's needed
Just renovating.
No appointment is required now. You can just walk in.
I didn't have an appointment when I went into browse.
This facility has safety protocol implemented very well. During entry as well as inside the protocol is maintained. Entry and exit are separate
I don't speak Apple you might want to go to the store and talk to the quote unquote geniuses
Yes
You can call them. Thier number will come up in a search. Or, call Apple Support and they will help you schedule an appointment.
They do genius bar appointments for beats as well! Make an appointment on apple.com before you come in
You just need to designate her as the pick up person.
Yes, sure!
You can't currently purchase those at the Apple Store. You would have to buy it from a third party.
You can do ,and maybe the will ask you if you had insurance with you carrier or with them
Deeceehawk u right
Go to an apple store they should be able to help u
These questions go to other users, not to Apple. You'd have to ask Apple.
There is no (public) official date yet—not even an approximation.

This area is for questions about the store, not for support. You'll need to contact Apple. You can bring your device to one of their other locations, such as at the Chestnut Hill Mall.

Yes they do sell unlocked iPhones, the only problem is that if you go with a specific carrier like Verizon you don't get the same features with an unlocked phone as a carrier-specific phone I know personally. You're better off getting a carrier-specific phone, you pay the same amount, the only difference is that your phone has to stay with that carrier.
To make an appointment with Apple, you would either have to call/walk in, or make an appointment online through their website. Depending on what iPhone you have it might take a bit longer than you want, as I believe that there is currently a wait list or backorder for about a month or so on battery replacements. Better schedule an appointment soon.
If you want to avoid having to wait at the Apple store, making an appointment for the Genius Bar wouldn't hurt. If it's a simpler issue, you might be able to find a solution online.
$149 without tax.
You need an appointment for any kind of support. Usually appointments are available quickly; you can go to the store and they will schedule one for you. However, if you want to avoid waiting, schedule it online an hour or two in advance.
It starts at $999 without tax for the basic model.
That depends on how busy they are and if the battery is in stock, your best bet would be to call the store and confirm with them how long it will take.
I don't believe Apple sells the Watch Series 2 anymore. Try Best Buy, Target, or another online retailer.
It depends on what you mean by "unblock". If you want to get your iPhone unlocked for use on other carriers beside the one it was originally assigned to, then you would have to either get it unlocked with the carrier that the iPhone is currently on, or pay for an unlock code online. If you bought your iPhone and it arrived with an iCloud lock, the only way to have it taken off is with the iCloud account's username and password that is on the device.
Yes, you may order a charger from Apple's website and choose to have it delivered to your address, or to pick it up at the Apple Store. If it's just a basic charging cable for an Apple product, they will most likely have it in stock at the store as well, however.
Yes, a cracked screen can certainly be replaced. If you wish to get it replaced with Apple, it would cost you $129.
