I used A-Plus Tinting twice this summer. Both times I paid for 3M tint window jobs ($420 each time) for sedan vehicles. First time was in late May and the job was very professional. Great service, quality work and no problem. I went back again in August and it was different staff and manager. Totally different experience too. There were bubbles in the tint and they had cut the tint too short on one window. After leaving my car for the whole day, they told me to leave it for another hour to fix the bubble and tint, which I did. When I came back again, they had replaced the short tint window but there were still bubbles on two windows. The manager insisted there was no problem and told me the bubbles would disappear after a week and that I should take my car home and wait the week which is what I did. I didn't believe the manager and I knew he was just trying to get rid of me. A week later there are still bubbles. I called the shop on Monday and asked for someone other than the manager to call me back, but nobody has called back. Very disappointed, especially after such a positive first experience that was the only reason I came back the second time. I will not be going back to this place again in future. I'm hoping to hear from the owner

I got my windows tinted on Friday July 29th and the next day I had bubbles in my passenger side window and yesterday I brought it back 8/2 and they redid it and this morning I looked at the window and still have bubbles

Took my car in for what I had thought would be a quick audio tune job, after a quick inspection the guy told me that he thinks I had used the wrong set of speaker wires for my amp. He had worked on it for a good 20 minutes so I thanked him for finding the problem and asked him if I could pay him for working on tuning the system. he said I was all set and was close to having it working good. Couldn't thank him enough. I went and switched the wiring and it's sounds 100 percent better. Will be back for any of my car audio or tint needs.

Appreciated the fact that the crew stayed open late on a Saturday just for my car. However, the staff member who took my keys to move my car into the bay, came out of the liquor store and drank a nip of fireball before operating my vehicle. Vehicle was done in an hour an fifteen minutes, was happy with the tint job, however whatever product they used to wipe the window was left all over my rear passenger door. I called to talk with a manager, and Keith handled the problem professionally and fixed a couple air bubbles in the tints for me. Would go back!
