It is easy to return or exchange articles in this store.

So I love going to this Ross I always find alot of nice things. I don't have issues returning anything and the staff is friendly. I'm giving them a 3 because they're always so short staff and I know it's not there fault but it's frustrating to wait in a line that's a Mile long because there's only 1 register open some days.
