We need wheels replaced on our large luggage. We were scheduled to leave on our cruise Friday when we discovered that all 4 wheels on our large suitcase were cracking apart. We brought the suitcase on Tuesday and picked it up repaired the following day, Wednesday. Great job. And by the way it was under warranty.

Outstanding service. They fixed the zipper of my TravelPro suitcase under warranty and shipped it back to me the very next day. They also have a large selection of luggage and travel/packing accessories. Super nice and it’s a family owned business.

This amazing luggage store (and repair shop) is one of the hidden jewels of Tampa. Literally! You have to know where it is because it's in disguise. But it has the most enormous selection of every brand of luggage, a terrific travel accessory room, wonderful service (they really know their inventory), terrific help and generous knowledge about every brand's warranties, and even an Egyptian leather repair expert. Been there for years and years.

Excellent service and prices! I was in a pickle with my wheels breaking and a flight attendant- they fixed it on the spot and were very friendly and knowledgeable! Incredible stock of luggage- better than online! All the gadgets and travel accessories. Very impressed by this store!

They are extremely good if it can be fixed they are the ones who can do it.
I have all of my broken luggage repaired here. I've always found their repair prices very reasonable. They will tell you up front what it will cost so you can decide if it's worth fixing. They also have a very large assortment of new luggage on sale. It's worth the trip to have them estimate the repair cost.
They're very fair priced and do good work just call and ask them for a quote.
