Worst service ever! Waited in line for a few minutes and when we were next... the lady looked at me and then informed her co-worker who was already helping another Customer to take me because she doesn't speak English! She proceeded to help the gentleman behind us and left us standing there in awe! Now I don't speak a lick of Spanish, but I totally understood what she said! I looked at both of them and told my Mother... let's go. We don't need their business and as soon as we were headed out the door... I heard one of the ladies say... oh ma'am wait... as if all of the sudden they know how to speak English! It's just sad that we live in America... I came here from Vietnam and I'm bilingual! Get with it people!

Ordered a three tier cake for my daughter’s Sweet Sixteen. Made 2 trips to the bakery to speak to the lady in charge of the large orders so I had to be there before 10:00 a.m. to talk to her because she leaves at 10:00. We gave her a pic of the cake and told her everything in silver needs to be gold no silver. She brought us gold material to go around cake and we loved it. When the cake was picked up it was silver and blue throughout. I called to ask why this happened and they said oh the lady you talked to is not here we’ll have her call you. Here we are days later and no call! Spent $400 and didn’t get what I ordered. Just shows that they don’t care!
