The incompetence in beyond belief. If you seek maintenance for your Vehicle I advise go anywhere else! It has been five days and Vehicle is still unservice. I brought my vehicle in for A/C repair. It was returned to me with leaks, overheating, shutting off, and engine light on. It was requested to correct all issues and repairs. Pep boys has refuse and denied any damages. Management is always off site and unavailable. Customers Service has master giving the run around. Peps Boys has cuase more damage and problems including money to my vehicle then the original repair requested. They don't deserve the one star!

I normally stick to certified brand dealers, but I needed a time slot asap so I came here for a simple alignment. This is my 3rd time back for the same issue, and each time they claim it's all straight and g2g. 8am "appt" only to be told the tech guy will be really late coming in and should come back in a hour or so. I come back 1.5 hrs later. Now onto the 2.5hrs wait time for ultimately zero solution. Of course they recommended AGAIN tire rotation/balance which I did the 2nd time I had to bring my vehicle back. Safe to say i wont be returning to this establishment for any repairs at all in the future. I strongly suggest that you dont waste your time/money here. Avoid at all costs!

Took my car in for an inspection after which I was told it was “recommended” that I get $2,000 worth of repairs. Included in these repairs were new brakes, replacing an air filter, and replacing a battery. When asked what was required to pass inspection on a 2018 car with less than 36k miles on it the majority of the “recommendations” went away. 2 weeks later I take my car to the dealer to have a recall for a software update addressed as well as my gas door which magically stopped opening after Pep Boys finished my inspection. I also asked them to check the brakes to find out that the brakes that were “recommended” to be replaced were at 70%. I have lost all trust in this Pep Boys location and will not be going back. Take your car here at your own risk.

Worst pep boys ever, I had an appointment at 12pm today for a alignment and did not get out of there until 3:30pm 🤨 like what are appointments for. plus they didn’t do a good job now I have to take my car back there to get it rechecked. Please stay away from this pep boys I do not recommend it.

Brian, they do inspection but they gonna find some wrong with your car that will cost couple hundred dollars ....it's a usual tactic @ PepBoys. If you have no check engine light, yours should pass...But most places will try to to rob you with some BS...so just be careful.
Yes they are going downhill they don't know how to communicate or speak to people in a professional manner

If you get a nice employee but with the vid going around it's hard to say. But I will if your in the northeast.
if it was done there and the noise wasn't there before you had them put on, i would have them check it asap.
