This location is great! Staff are very friendly and efficient. I called in for an appointment on the 4th of July holiday and was able to get in the same day. I needed a new tire and they were able to quickly get the job done. The service writer did not try to sell me a bunch of stuff I didn’t need and I was in and out in about 40 min. I’ve been to other locations where this simple job would take hours. 10/10 would recommend this location!

This review is regarding the auto maintenance shop. On multiple occasions they have attempted to charge me over four times their original price quote, insisting that much more work is needed than necessary. I’ve gotten second opinions that have determined that their price quotes were indeed just to hike up the price, and not because extra work was necessary. Most recently I brought in my car for a routine brake pad change and when I refused to follow through with their exorbitant quote and took my car back, whatever they had done to access the brakes caused significant damage and was far worse than the state of the car when I brought it in. The car is not drivable now. The manager refused to admit that they had done something that damaged the car. I filed a complaint with Pep Boys and am now filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau for this issue.

The guy at the register who took care of the paperwork was great and attentive! I’m on crutches so its a lil work for me.. once I stepped out my car Michael L. I think that’s his name was waiting for me and took over from there. My service was done in less then an hr. I really appreciate the customer service from Michael and his colleagues. Great work!

This Pep boys really has it together. Great customer service. Honest as well. I had to get my front brakes done in an emergency situation and they took care of me super quickly and it was quite affordable I'm absolutely going back. Bought lunch for the crew and plan on doing the same thing when I come back.
