A lovely park setting with plenty of room for play. People were friendly. Heads up……Unfortunately, the size and weight limit for the small dog area is not respected. Very large dogs at play in the designated small dog section. Seemed friendly but too much of a risk of injury even while playing for us to return.

First Impression: This place is wonderful. The moment my dogs and I stepped through the gates of this beautiful serene park, my stressometer went from 15 to 5. I was forced to find an alternate park in the area after Enterprise Dog Park closed Jan 17. I of course talked about other parks with EDPers and some of them mentioned this place right around the corner. Looking at the map on Google Maps is a little misleading because the place is bigger than what it looks like. There are all sorts of nice doggy amenities and they have really nice poopy bags for the pooches - one of the primary points about the dog park. In any event tons of shade and picnic tables and familiar faces from EDP as we endure three months of no long spiritual or friendly walks in the woods with my dogs and tons of other great dog loving people. To summarize regarding Acieva Paw Park - it far exceeded my expectations and more importantly my dogs got to play with other dogs, run around and sniff stuff, chew on random balls and sticks and well just be dogs.

The most beautiful dog 🐕 park. The park is excellent. They have one park for small dogs and one for larger dogs. People are very friendly and socialize which is very nice. My best friend loves coming here and I enjoy it very much. He smiles every time and everyone has a great time.

I think it's the best Dog Park in Dunedin. It has two large separate sections for small and big dogs. Has picnic tables, several benches and shaded areas. There's plenty of free space for running and getting to know other dogs and there's handy hoses installed for water bowels or doggie pool use. The easy in-and-out gates make it stress free.

Yup
Usually that is posted once a month, to mow. Just opens at 10am. instead of regular time. They had both parks closed for them to put down new sod, but they are done with that.
