There is a very rude Brazilian/Portuguese accent woman that has been there for a long time. She should not be working with the public. She is extremely rude, racist, unprofessional, and loves to humiliate prospects and customers. She introduces herself as the manager/owner so you will have no option but to deal with her. Her name is "Soraia" but I might be misspelled it. Don't waste your time and go to Josef Silny & Associates, Inc., International Education Consultants, International Education Research Foundation, Inc., Educational Credential Evaluators, Inc., or Foreign Credentials Service of America.

The customer service rep that I spoke with was very professional, friendly and helpful. I have a super urgent matter that I'm not sure will be resolved on time but she made it clear that they would do their best to accommodate and rush it as much as they can. I definitely felt a level of care for my case. I have worked in customer service my whole life and am usually a tough critic but I was pleasantly surprised with the service at CED. Thank you, team. Keep doing what you're doing.

I am so relieved I did my evaluation through CED and not WES. Been emailing CED back and forth, and they are very responsive. Don't understand why people say they are not. By providing the right information they found my file and will be ordering. The only thing I wish they were better at would be accepting credit card payments over the phone and clarification as far as the form used to reorder evaluations is concerned. Have had a hard time knowing the differences among "retyping", "additional document" and "additional reports" It'd be helpful if I could find detailed information somewhere on their website.

Hi All, I usually don't write many reviews but I decided to do this one because I had such a hard time initially, when I was trying to find a good evaluation service and saw all those bad reviews online. I have a University Masters degree from a European country and was trying to apply for another Masters in a different field at a University in Cambridge, MA. They told me that they're planning on working with CED exclusively as of 2016, so I pretty much had no choice if I wanted to get my degree evaluated. Being influenced by all the negative reviews, I was very concerned that my application might not be processed on time or other things would go wrong. I started with a simple email to CED and they responded the same day. I even had a unusual request, because I had already sent my only copy of my degree in a sealed envelope to Cambridge. So I didn't have another one left. I had to arrange with my future University to send that envelope to CED and needed CED to accept that, although it wasn't according to their policy. They completely understood my request and have been very helpful throughout the entire process. I paid me fee (including the expedited processing since I was already a little late) and then I waited. It did take them about 5 business days to respond and they sent me a copy of the evaluation and a notice that they sent that same one to Cambridge. I notified my University immediately and let them know that everything is on its way. It got there on time and I was admitted. I mean...that could've gone either way and is outside CED's control but what I'm saying is that I was very concerned in the beginning for no good reason. I'm very aware that individual cases might turn out differently and that depending on who you're dealing with at CED might have an impact on that as well. I just felt that I had to share this experience after reading only negative reviews about pretty much any of these evaluation services. The CED did what they said they would do. They did it on time and were also very helpful and supportive in their emails. Make sure you have all the documentation that is required and explain exactly what you need. I think communication is the key here. Don't expect people to read your mind. This was the only time I had to use an evaluation service but I can only recommend the CED. Thanks, RS

Have you submitted your reqeust for an extra copy? You can send the form and payment via email.
Hello, Have you submitted your inquiry recently? Thank you, CED
Hello Luciano. Yes, academically it has the equivalence, a technical course is equivalent to the vocational high school here and not higher level. To validate the profession (obtain the license) you will have to see the possibilities in this area (but we have no information). Have your diploma, school history, documents proving internship and professional experience available.
Yes, you need to send the form along with the documents and payment. Do you mean a copy of the documents? Usually a copy is sufficient but depending on the institution original documents are required.
Hello, You will need to request a general lwhich is $90. You can send the form, the document and the payment (check, money order or if you pay via PayPal, a copy of the payment receipt). Our mailing address is listed on the form. Thank you, CED
Hi Olinda, From what country are your documents? And is your nursing diploma from a college or university? The school will decide which courses you will need to complete, based on the evuation report. Thank you, CED
Hello Assia, Thank you for your message. We only have one phone number which is 617-338-7171. We see that you sent a request for the evaluation service which was completed earlier this month. We will send a message throught email and we will be able to assist you. Thank you, CED
Hi Eduardo, Not at the moment. You can give us a call at 617-338-7171 or send us an email @ cedevaluations.com Thank you. CED
Hello, The regular processing time is 10 business days. And we offer rush services for an extra fee. Thank you, CED
CED will basically evaluate your credentials. You should perhaps go to the college you plan on using your foreign credentials to see what they'll tell/recommend you
