So as locals that live on the anclote river and boat all the time you would think west marine being up the road we would frequent it… but we didn’t, we always left feeling like we received no real assistance. We had to go in this week twice and there is a new manager, Andrew, he really seems to building a good team and is very helpful. Mackenzie is very pleasant as cashier as well. We will continue to go back now … when we used to avoid going.

Went to west marine to get some stainless screws for my boat, almost all of the bins were empty and what the do have is expensive. They are missing a lot of other inventory, I tried to get some life jackets, they didnt have them either. I ended up going to another boat store that had plenty of hardware.
