I recently made some major repair to my storage shed and needed a place to store all my junk, PODS was perfect. All my stuff fit perfectly. after the repair were complete they came and took the POD away. I did have to extend my rental period and it was not an issue. I would definitely use them again.

It is Monday 2:00 o’clock in the morning. I login to see what time the POD truck arrives. It show the correct Date, May 2,2022, but not the time scheduled to arrive. And there is no one I can contact because their national and local customer services are close until 8:00AM the next day. The website does say that they schedule all pickup time by 6:00pm the previous day. I wish I didn’t have to deal with PODS because there are inconsistencies in their operations.

I had several pods moved and nothing arrived damaged. Drivers are friendly. I did have an issue with some billing errors due to website upgrades, but it was taken care of quickly by supervisor Katie who was really fantastic. She along with the drivers are the main reason for the 5 star review! Thank you Katie! AAAAAAAAAAAAAA++++++++++++++++++

I work for pods,but I rebuild them.you call call the 800 number and get the details.they will deliver to your home and pick up with first months payment .they will store it at warehouse or delivery to new address.
