7-18-2022 Appt was at 1pm, checked in at 12:05pm, guard was friendly, was put in a door, tandems must be all the way back, unhook red line, go inside and wait. Was in & out in 50 min. .25 cent sodas (limit 2) I’d go back for a pick up. When going here, the place is hidden a little and NO sign out to tell you where to turn - we had to go to Salvation Arny and make a u-turn ( that’s why 4 stars)

Be ONLY 1 hour early. If you're nice and friendly, they are right back. Drivers must wait in the office (25c soft drinks), no pets inside. BUT only took us about 15 minutes to load, 25-30 min in & out. NO OVERNIGHT on site, none nearby. Be sure to get your food and to reserve you a place to sleep BEFORE you make your stop. ALL truck stops are FAR away. And forget asking "big box stores", the answer is "NO!" across the board.

In and out fairly quick. I arrived 40 minutes early and was given a door. They do have you slide your tandems and unhook the red air line and wait inside while getting loaded, but that's no big deal. I don't know why someone was complaining that it makes their job harder. Security seemed nice and lady at the check in window was quiet. I'd come back again.
