Forgetting add ins they charge for. Always some reason a coupon won't be accepted. Over priced. Mediocre taste. Buy a good blender and it pays for itself after a few trips to thia crapshoot.

Berry punch smoothie is always great (I get it without electrolytes because it just tastes a lot better). This was the first location that ever gave me an extra, small cup of the leftover smoothie they had after making it.

I just left smoothie king on preserves and the employee Michael was so nice and his customer service skills are exceptional. He made my experience at smoothie king amazing, and I’ve been to several smoothie Kings but his customer service was amazing. He went to ask me would I like plastic or styrofoam and I told him it doesn’t matter, he went into detail in breaking down the difference a in plastic and styrofoam letting me know styrofoam will keep my smoothie colder and is biodegradable. It’s the littlest things that count and he went extra in educating me. Thank you Michael and keep up the good work, and great spirit.

Masks are required by all, washing hands very frequently, hand sanitizer is provided for guests, door handles and cc terminals are wiped down regularly.
