I wish I could give them '0' stars. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get these people on the phone...and its not because they are 'so busy'...its because they are not efficient and do not care about the people they work with. I HATE dealing with this place.

That building is just for wic. I found out for sure when I needed to change my kids IL shot records to Flordia for school. I was confused too. Hope this helps

Contact the health department and a news station if you want to put them on blast, but they will probably kick you out if you make problems... I would notify the HD and look for a new place. Sounds like you're renting from a slumlord..👎not cool.
