If I could leave a 7 star review I would, just for the Pizookie alone, as soon as you take a bite of the scrumptious concoction known as the pizookie the feeling is indescribable almost like you reach enlightenment.

I ordered my food at approximately 6:21pm. My food arrived at approximately 6:50. I ordered the fish and chips and a beer. My experience was as follows: The beer: Cold The fries: Crisp The fish: Also crisp, but in a fish way Our waiter was cool. Had cool hair and tattoos. I vibe with that. Unrelated, but another table ordered a very dirty martini. Not reflective of my experience, just weird. Overall: Here’s a photo of me after consuming the fish and chips

Horrible experience. Very disgusting people who don’t event know how to treat customer. First they brought me wrong Pizookie so I waiting another 30 minute to get another mess. Look at pic below and see type of pizookie this place serves. I would not recommend anyone this place. Terrible place to eat!!!! Never again!!!! Store manager reached out to me tried to help me with my concern. Thanks for it. But look at this Brussels sprouts dish and tell me if it’s edible or not!

I have been to many different locations of BJ's. In NY, CA, and two different locations in TX. This location is very disappointing. We ordered Avocado spring roll for appetizer and as you see on the picture they came out burned and the sauce was missing. We asked to get a new fresh one but the server brought out the same one with a sauce on the side and informed us that it will be free although it's "improperly prepared" (that is what he said). We asked if they have someone to watch over the food before serving it out and he said that they do have someone who checks but still they did not even bother to get us a fresh one. I will never come to this location again.
