The owner is an absolutely rude individual. He has a bus that is completely visible to the public to attract tourists and if you show up without a reservation he makes you feel worthless and as if it’s a waste of his time because of how many reservations he already has. His website does not mention requiring a reservation, in fact it discloses that if you don’t have one, you’ll have 2.5 hours as opposed to the typical 4 for a reservation. We just wanted my parents to experience something before they left back up north and he shamed us for the spontaneity. We went a bit further down to Just4Fun Rentals and had an AMAZING experience. This guy is a tool.

We had a blast and we will return!! Can’t beat the price and reservations were easy!

Great experience. Didn't catch his name, but the guy running things was amazing. Very patient with all of the various people coming and offered a simple route up and down the preserve. Kayaks and gear were all in wonderful condition. Good way to explore the local area, see tons of wildlife, and keep cool.

Our group of 8 had an excellent experience with Surfer Bus! Everything was ready to go when we arrived and the owner was very friendly and laid back, which we appreciated. He gave directions and demonstrated how to ride and we all felt confident to take off on our own. We can't wait to go again!

Our daily schedule is made by the reservations booked at a minimum the day before, add ons are subject to that schedule and the park rules of no vending to limit pressure on the habitat. Ad on rates are $29 per person, kids rates $14.50 in tandem with a 2hr max.
We are! Please prebook online or call us for more information
No it is not guided. However, Sean will give you a map and it is pretty self-explanatory. One way in and one way out. The locals will help and guide you along the trail.
Not in Florida at this time. Don't know. However I kind of doubt it .
