Absolutely horrendous customer service. I booked a guitar lesson 3 weeks ago and arrived only to find out the instructor took the day off, came back the next week and got 4 weeks of recurring lessons, and I show up today only to find out the manager forgot to put me in the system and gave the instructor the day off, I asked for a full refund and was granted it. I drove there twice from UConn, 30 minutes there and 30 minutes back, just to be turned away.

Brought my amp in to see if they would buy it. Associate had to call someone in their vintage department who made a very low offer based on pictures sent to him. Store associate recommended accepting the "very fair offer ". No thanks. Sold it independently for higher price in 2 days. Also, likely due to the pandemic, stock appeared to be at 50%.

We went to pick up a drum set that was ordered online, there was a few people in the store but the transaction went fast and smoothly! Very nice employees, especially helpful putting it in the back of my SUV:) I would highly recommend! I know I will be returning very soon! (Still in the process of putting it together if you see the pics:))
