Freehold Chilis should be exiled from the rest of the Chilis. My family and I were looking forward to a delicious meal and were appalled by our order. Our cheeseburger came with NO BUN, how does this even happen. Also did not get our complete order for our triple dipper (no sliders) then when I called Chilis they were extremely unaccommodating, stating that we should take our issues up with doordash, meanwhile doordash is just the delivery service not the provider. Clearly this is Chilis problem and should’ve helped me with it. Overall this experience with Chilis has ruined my entire perspective on all Chilis Bar and Grill and I am not planning on having it ever again. If we were treated better than this could have all been behind us but instead our entire experience was ruined. Don’t have high expectations when dinning or ordering.

A constant disappointment. The restaurant is always empty and I’m understanding why. Things are not clean. If you want to me grossed out, take a clean towel and wipe down one of those kiosks the have at every table and you are required to use to pay! You can see the grunge and slime on these things! The food was sub par and my chicken sandwich had a big (25%) chunk that was not edible. I couldn’t cut it with a knife! The floors were dirty with crumbs and trash. The staff seems very under motivated. We will not be back again as we are giving up after several years of declining performance.

We were seated right away. Server was friendly. Service was quick. We had an enjoyable meal at a cost effective price. Can never go wrong with the southwestern egg rolls!

This was one of our favorite Chili’s. Kids always liked coming here. Well over $100 each visit. Manager had a bad attitude! He was forcing our party of 6 into a very cramped situation. Not a busy time period and one large table very close by. Very easy to let us sit there, but he refused. No excuse. Slow period, why compact us in like that. Time to search for another career path?
