I was sent by Google maps about a half mile away. Then when I found the place accidentally on my own I was thinking that the county needs to get out there and clean up the trails. So overgrown and mosquitoes were horrible. I walk the local trails with my daughter who is recovering from a serious car accident. She had difficulty just keeping her balance. Definitely not a place to get your daily steps in.

This a very nice place to hike and look for birds, especially around Lemon Lake. There is a wide variety of plant life in a pine flatwood environment as well as a more shrub forest area. I have been on several hikes there and have seen different things each time.

No, there is no good place to fish. Also, this is a nature preserve. There are several good places to fish along Lemon Bay.
