Sorry for the delay. Everyone begins with the Siu Nim Tau but we also show elements of the other forms because they are integrated in application. In a few months you will have the first form, its key applications, and the scientific concepts used for the whole system.

Again, sorry for the delay in answering. We train 'mature' teens and adults, currently ranging in age from 14-65. Experienced martial artists appreciate the smart concepts and scenario-based training. Absolute beginners build on their natural reflexes and quickly learn to see and feel efficient solutions to problems. The curriculum and training environment is cooperative and encouraging...we all get better together!
