I promise you won't find a shop in the area doing more to get people on bikes and involved in the community. Great sales and service... seriously. They're great at talking through details and being real about prices, parts, bikes, riding needs etc. Community... Bill leads a more solid set of group rides for all skills than any other shop i know in the area. He has introduced more mountain bike riders to the sport and community than any other shop or person i know. He is also a HUGE supporter of our local trail advocacy groups and the region's around us as well. This shop is the real deal. Perfect customer service experience with an owner and staff who are all willing to work with you to get it right.

BILL and his staff were exceptionally well when I purchased a Trek Farley from him. I drove 2 hours away to find the right size Fat Bike and he gave me an excellent price on it. They were knowledgeable about the product, explained all the components and helped me mounting the bicycle on top of my roof rack. I would recommend Bicycle World. Owner and employees are all riders and extremely friendly to talk to. The store, shop and showroom were very clean during this pandemic. Excellent service guys!!

Bill and his crew are friendly and great to deal with! My dad bought me my first “real” BMX bike from the original owner in the 80’s and my Trek 850 mountain bike to follow. I was thrilled to bring my son for his first round of quality bikes! Bill gave us trade credit for smaller bikes we had and got sized up for the new one. We test rode many bikes around, including an e-bike (tons of fun). Since we have outfitted our family with youth, carbon suspension, and fat bikes from Trek. We also have had other bikes repaired and eventually sold after upgrading to new Trek models. Hanging around the shop is not pretentious at all. Everyone there is helpful for your level of riding, stepping up a level is always available, but not forced. While spending time at the shop I’ve witnessed many on the spot walk in repairs and the crew there is always ready to help out. One Saturday I brought fat bike wheels expecting to just drop off for tubeless set up and Bill grabbed them and did it on the spot. Another plus are group rides of all types. I took my first fat bike ride with a group arranged by Bill and it was fantastic. Everyone was friendly and all abilities were welcome. We rode trails I’ve never been on and it was a great little tour. So far impressed with sales, service, and the nice range of bikes and gear available. Small shop but if they don’t have something they get it! Sometimes it’s nice to have just the right selection, and not be overwhelmed.

Under new ownership this is an up and coming bike shop. Decent selection for the size of the shop and some used options as well. The Owner is willing to be flexible and not charge full MSRP for even new bikes which is nice.

I think Bicycle World is excellent & friendly.
Sorry we don't
I bought a Hollywood rack from Bicycle World and it was worth every penny. As long as you have tow hitch installed in the van, they should be able help you obtain a good rack for your van. In fact, when I bought my rack, I did see a 4 bike rack in stock although that was 3-4 weeks ago.
Customers in building are limited. Masks are currently required.
Bike shops are supporting transportation, same way the mechanic shops are open.
I would think calling them directly and asking would be the best plan if action.
They have electric Mt Bikes.
It's a holiday today
