Waited 6 months after purchase of a couch and being told to expect it in late November. Mid March and still nothing. Yes shortages and all but at least they should make an effort to give realistic expectations. Not happy at all.

I will never shop at this crate and barrel ever again. I went to return a duvet cover that was bought on my wedding registry. The manager came to help because the cashier couldn’t figure out how to make the return and so rudely told me it wasn’t possible to make the return because the duvet cover was used. We used it for a nights sleep and hated the way it felt. No where in the policy for returns does it state unused. She continued to make me feel bad in front of a store of people for trying to return it. Glad a gift from my wedding is now useless because we hate the material. I will never recommend anyone to use them for a registry or shop there in general. AVOID this awful human of a manager and avoid buying from here. I wish I caught her name.
