Today i was in need of some new parts for a Stihl Chain saw. While i was there, one of the mechanics, a man named Deion, noticed the bar of my saw had some warping. He, along with the manager, Angel, were both able to help me get a new bar and chain that was compatible with my old saw. Deion even had the courtesy to put the new chain and bar on. Every time i have needed something from Butler they have been accommodating, but today i felt i had to leave this review because they went above and beyond to satify my need.

I bought 3 boss v plows on one of them pins that hold the plow up fell out and caused a lot of damage to the plow I called boss they were not willing to fix it so I called butler equipment and with no hassle at all they fixed the pins that came out and all the other damage that it caused they even did a free inspection on my other plow to make sure I would have no further issues In my past experiences companies normally try to deny any responsibility and find a way to not warranty it but not butler equipment they fixed it right and fix it free and fast it only took them a couple of days They put on a new piston new Fram, hydraulic lines, pins, and more. Very grateful and highly recommend using this place great service and stands by there products !!

The crew is experienced and knowledgeable, they go the extra mile to explain all details and follow up to verify satisfaction. I purchased a snow blower from Butler Power Equipment and I cannot say enough enough John in the showroom. He was helpful, knowledge and even assisted in getting the snow blower loaded into my truck. The only thing he doesn't do is come clear the snow from my driveway. He was great and I highly recommend him and Butler Power Equipment.
