Ordered at 5:05, ready at 5:30, went up to the window at 5:35 and told to wait another 5 minutes. 5:46 hits, I get my food… COLD!!! They reheated and my medium prime rib is well done. Then I had to return for my silverware. They gave me extra bread as a sorry gesture. But still did not refund me the undeserving tip. Oh, they shorted me my side salad! I deserve a refund for this horrible experience. Please note, this place USED to be good! Maybe management needs to really self reflect.

The service was great and the food good but my favorite is eating the fresh peanuts and throwing the peanut shell on the floor, the Texas road house way.

My family and I ate here tonight and the service was uninviting. First there was a 30minute wait, when we got the text to go in to get a table we were told to stand along the wall as other customers were being seated. That was another 5/10 minute wait. When we were finally seated it took a good 20 /25 minutes before a waiter came over. We were provided rolls but no plates until the last minute. It took forever to get our drinks and our waiter barely checked in with us. He provided my daughter with a drink no straw. Waited just about an hour for our meal. With the long wait and the place feeling like your sitting in an igloo we decided to have our food boxed up and go. To come home my steak Hard and dry. Hair in my daughters mashed potatoes. VERY VERY POOOR SERVICE not to mention the boneless buffalo wings were just cluster chicken and one of the waiters walking through the floor burping loudly without saying excuse me while patrons are eating… UNACCEPTABLE was not worth the $116

Amazing service. Amazing food. Great prices for big portions and free refills. Everything tasted fresh. We got lots of attention from our waiter and senior manager who, upon learning it was our first time at the establishment, offered us a sampler of some of their sides. Highly recommended!
