I scheduled an appointment to replace all 4 tires. I spoke with someone on the phone who confirmed that they would have the tires I needed. I arrived at the appointment and was told that the person I spoke with ordered the wrong size. I promptly left and will go elsewhere. Never again! I’m extremely upset and recommend that you schedule your service elsewhere.

Actual service was great…. but staff did not value my time at all. Had an appt for 12, arrived, was told it’d be 2 hours. Normal for a car appt—i had a friend come get me and we went to lunch/barnes and noble. Called them on my way back—“it’ll be done shortly!” “okay sweet, i was going to pick it up before close, but if it’s going to be done soon i can wait.” “Yep!” It’s been more than an hour and thirty minutes since they said it’d be ‘soon’, with no sign of the end. I could have gone home as planned and do more errands has they been truthful—i don’t care about it taking a long time! But tell me the truth about how long it will be so I can accurately plan my day and not miss out on events I could have actually attended.

I’ve been going there for years on a few occasions they allow me to use my own parts to save money so I called today to inquire to see if I can get a quote and make an appointment So rather than simply explaining to me their policy has changed he retorted very rudely to me it doesn’t matter what we did before we’re no longer doing that very rude especially to someone who’s been a loyal customer! Quite a smart mouth don’t know who he thinks he’s talking to you because if it weren’t for his customers he wouldn’t have a job??

SHADY BUSINESS!! Beware of this business. Just left this location beyond upset. My girlfriend purchased the life time breaks warranty. They advised she needed new pads that where covered. They COMPLETELY FAILED TO DISCLOSE LABOR IS NOT COVERED. Original paperwork has no disclosure of this. Truly unacceptable practices, how do you bait and switch a customer like this and expect them to trust you for any further services and purchases? Break pads at best are ~$30 per set. You charge $177 for the package and can’t include labor? *fine print they will for 12k miles. This is ridiculous. Stay away. 100% not okay to fully disclose this to a customer. I will never buy tires; or any services from you ever again. $166. For one hour of labor is insane. Thank you for letting me know I can’t trust Tire Kingdoms. I would of never had you do service had you been honest and said labor would cost…. Your negligence cost you more damage than dollars toward your bottom line.
