I went to this location last week with a flat tire. It was too far gone for them to patch it, and unfortunately they didn't have the tires I needed in stock. But they were extremely helpful, put my spare on quickly and had me on my way. Would definitely use them again!

Update: I came in today (Saturday- 7/2) with NO appointment, but had an issue as there was a loud noise when i was driving and pulling. I recently had shocks put on by another shop in Glenside- as the inspector at PepBoys had an emergency. An appointment opened up and Aaron identified and corrected the issue right away- the other shop hadn’t TIGHTENED the NUT on the shock- see picture. What??? Aaron LITERALLY saved me from an accident or worse- the other shop kept saying “the shocks were settling “. You can’t pay for this kind of service, expertise or caring. I have been coming here for years and have always been very happy with service and advice i have received- Aaron and Mike are outstanding. I trust them to do what needs to be done as well as identify safety and maintenance issues. I have never been disappointed and recommend them highly. Update: I am here again. I wasn’t sure what was wrong, except that it wasn’t driving correctly. Mike and his crew checked the tires, breaks and suspension and concluded it was only pulling slightly. So I decided to have it aligned as they thought that may correct the problem. They also identified a tire issue. The point is at NO point did they try to “upsell” me or try to convince me to try other more “elusive” avenues to correct the problem. This is a great place to come and i am never disappointed.

Got a tire patched there and it was flat within 4 hours.... they clearly did not do a simple soap and bubble test or check the pressure multiple times to see if the plugged actually held. I highly recommend staying away from this particular pep boys....if they can screw up a plug tire I can only imagine the kind of mechanics they have working there and the quality of work they would do if you had real issues to fix

I had usually have my oil changed at the Stenton Ave location and because of their poor customer service I decided to take my vehicle to the location in Easton Road. I must say, the professional far exceeded my expectations, the waiting area was clean and I was serviced with a smile. Thank you Aaron and staff for your AWESOME service!! Mrs. Riley-Giddins
