I have stayed at these apartments for a year they look luxurious but the business manager named April Haagerty is the most disrespectful person I have met. She has no respect for any one she is so rude.

1. The staff here are SO friendly and helpful!!! I wish all apartment complex staff were like this. 2. The area around the apartment complex is beautiful. There is a neighborhood right next to the apartment that is located in the woods. 3. There is trash everywhere. People who live here have no respect for others. They dump mail on the floor and don't pick up their trash. You can tell the apartment tries to pick things up, but people who live here just don't care. 4. The apartment prices are outrageous! When you first move in it will be 2,200 and then the next year, it will be 2,900. For this price, the apartment complex needs to step up their game. The prices are getting so expensive that people are moving out to buy homes, which is ironic because it is supposed to be the other way around. 5. This apartment is dog friendly and doesn't even have a dog run or dog wash station like the other apartments do! They have an entire empty space at the front of the apartment complex that they just cleaned all the shrubs out of where they could put a dog run. They need to provide more amenities for dog owners especially since we are required to pay the $75 monthly fee on top of the already outrageous apartment prices. I will say though, they do have nice waste stations for dog owners. 5. For the most part the apartment is quiet, except for the occasional barking dogs. But if you have problems with dogs barking, call the front office, they are great with dealing with this. They really do care! 6. Nobody wears masks despite the apartment posting signs that they are required while in the apartment complex. I think the apartment needs to do something to enforce this since it is a Billerica town rule. People cough in the elevator when people are in it. It is clear that many people here don't respect others.

Lived here for a couple of years. the area is beautiful the apartments are nice, however their rooms don’t heat and cool evenly, the gym is small and the equipment is older, more “finicky” than newer equipment, however they do have peloton bikes if you’re not looking for weightlifting. You’d think for as many people live here they’d have more than 2 trash compactors, if you’re older or disabled, I can definitely see that being a challenge. Also, they can’t keep management staff/leasing staff for the life of them. Doesn’t say much for their corporate office, in the time i’ve lived here we’ve had 4 different “resident managers” or “leasing managers” makes me question what’s going on and if i’m giving a company a ton of money a month who can’t treat their staff well. the maintenance staff and their cleaning staff are really friendly! Residents seem nice enough but everyone keeps to themselves for the most part. If you have car trouble though, i’ve seen many residents help others!

I moved to this apartment complex about a year ago, and have recently renewed my lease. Unlike what some previous reviews have mentioned, my rent is barely increasing over the next 15 month lease. I have to say, I'm very happy here, overall - it's a pet-friendly location, which is definitely a needed amenity for a veterinarian. I have a spacioius 1-BR unit with a built-in office on the second floor, so I can comment that there is a little bit of noise above (I think the person wears high heels throughout the day), but it is not ridiculously loud overall. The balcony allows for a nice breath of fresh air. The grounds are maintained well, with landscaping in every 2-3 months, it seems. The front gate hasn't worked since I've moved in, which makes me wonder if they ever will function. My only real complaint with the grounds is from my fellow dog-owners who do not clean up after their dogs, and people who leave bags of garbage outside of the dumpster when the recycling dumpster is full. Maintenance is responsive, and generally responds within 1-2 days of a request being submitted. The office staff has been responsive and kind when you approach in person, but can be difficult to get in touch with via telephone - I've had to leave multiple messages before, but I'm not even sure if they've been listened to. Overall, I'm happy with this "home," and plan to stick around for a while.
