I called the Everett Housing office to request information on an open case. The reception transferred my call to an employee that was extremely rude. When I asked her to give me her full name, she became suddenly very upset. She hung up on me after asking to speak with her manager. I don’t know if it is a training issue or I’m wondering if housing applicants are supposed to be treated badly just because they’re getting assistance from the government. Personally I think that customer service experience should be the same regardless of your financial status. Whether someone is rich or poor, employees from the housing department really need to learn how to talk or communicate with people in a respectful manner. Thanks

No human indicators at all. Couldn't be any more removed and distant from any situation. Really no such thing as an emergency. It is for elderly. Seven- eight year wait Good luck
