Horrible one makes an appointment, and makes the line with those who do not have an appointment, my appointment was at 3:30 pm and they called me at 5:36 pm, so why require an appointment if they do not attend you at the time they give you, horrible and frustrating

Avoid the old white guy at the customer window, he will turn you away and give you a hard time no matter what. There is another window do your best to get someone else other than him, someone woth some respect and patience to explain the process especially if you have a language barrier.

Warning for ppl who use OPT or transferring from OPT to H1B: Probably the worst decision I’ve ever made to come here for the Mass ID renewal after waiting for weeks. My H1B status was approved and started last year, and my current license is going to expire in 60 days following the original expiration date on my expired OPT status. However the lady at the counter 13 said I have to wait after my OPT status expiration date to come renew my license, after I explained I’m no longer in OPT status everything should follow the H1B, she was like no the machine is not letting me to do it. I did some research after that, and notice there are some actions that the manager could’ve taken to wipe out my original info or they just need a proof of verification from SAVE system to get me pass the “lawful presence” step. Sarcastically enough, I actually have done a verification weeks ago and I could’ve shown that proof if I know this is the reason. But that lady didn’t even try to ask her manager or at least explain what’s wrong. Just told me to leave and stare at her phone… Totally a waste of time and I have wait for weeks again and waste my another PTO to go through the same process.
