Located on the south shore of Boston, Abington. Mia Regazza’s Italian cuisine is excellent, I had the BROOKE’S CHIPOTLE CHICKEN ALFREDO and I loved it. I highly recommend this place.

We have been going here for dinner for years and it is proper South Shore Italian food. Super generous portions and big menu. Perhaps it is too big of a menu. Some items don't seem fresh and/or their best offerings. Stick to the basics and specials and it will be perfect.

Service was excellent, we had a reservation and were seated within 5 minutes of arrival. Our cocktails arrived quickly and the food was excellent. The guys got the Swordfish special. The prices were good for what we had. Four of us each had a cocktail, a dinner and we split 2 deserts all for $160

Great food. Good service. A little tight coming in. Bars seats right as you come in.
You do not need a reservation but I suggest getting there by 5:30 it does get crowded

Always a chance but honestly I would be surprised. They are very well stocked and do great business every night so they are not shy about provisions. As others have said, even if they were out you have dozens of other options.
