Beth Wright, the vet assistant, has a compassion for animals that knows no bounds. She is the golden heart of that establishment. They are my #1 choice for a veterinarian in Douglas County.

My dog was taken in after being hit by a car by an ex. She is chipped to me, they never scanned her or tried to make contact with me. I have had my dog Shatzi since she was 7 1/2 weeks old, she will be 3 in April. This is a before and after of her picture. The office did not want to give me her paperwork for when she was brought in or the reason why my dogs tail was cut off by them, Beth, could not answer my questions and said Dr.Nay had her records in the back. Therefore telling me that I could not have my properties record. Yes,I will call her my property. I have been waiting almost a week now on my properties records. I went to Idaho from Oregon to pick her out. , she is a full bred, black German Shepherd, for her to be injured, brought in to a vet, and not to be scanned and notified as the property owner, and denied paperwork. That is obstruction. That office will never live up to Bailey vetrinary. In all the phone calls I made to this office they never once told me a follow up for my property.
