Having a blow out doing 75 mph was a scare of a lifetime. With that said my day was shot...then I met Darren and James. I had called multiple tire stores from medford to Eugene and in little Ole myrtle creek Oregon nestled in this small community is two angels who came to my rescue. I called valley tire center for a quote and found they had the largest amount of choices in stock but that they were willing to stay open to put 4 brand new tires on my car! It may not seem like much to others but to me it was a God send. Thank you ever so much to helping me get home safely to my family. I will never forget the kindness they showed me. Definitely more that 5 gold star!!!!

Had my steering column rebuilt here in a truck that I had just bought but turned into a money pit of repairs. The mechanic at this shop looked at some of the issues with the truck and recommended a transmission rebuild. But he quoted me over $4,000 for a swap out rebuilt transmission and installation. I found a local transmission shop and they rebuilt the transmission in house and installed for $2,500! The mechanic at valley tire gave me shady vibes like he was more interested in getting as much $$$ as he could from me, than making sure my vehicle was running well. My truck actually ran worse when I picked it up from valley tire. And it ended up being a wiring issue, I’m not sure the mechanic at this shop didn’t mess with a wire knowing it would cause shifting problems to give himself more business. Wish I could remember the name of the mechanic because I would list it here but I can’t remember his name. Bummed that this is the experience I had here since I’ve heard great things from others and my family knows the owner of the shop. 🙁

I came in right after work with maybe only an hour to spare for them. Even with the short amount they had left they moved things around to accommodate me today and change my tires and change my oil. I'll definitely be back.
