As a patient you never know what your experience will be like…they were so kind (everyone in the office was honestly, to other patients I overheard as well). Not enough can be said about my experience, how caring, funny, kind and incredible they were. As a healthcare professional, I’m incredibly proud of how your team members treated me, how I saw they treated others and how effortlessly they made it seem despite being busy. Let me start my response to your question by simply saying that there doesn't seem to be any way you can improve on what you are currently doing! The intake process is welcoming as well as being professional, and they are open to and effective at problem solving. The technical people know their stuff and are helpful in the process. I have been very impressed with the BayCare Imaging Services.
