Highly unsatisfied this location doesn't care about putting the customer first. When I checked in my room wasn't even ready. I didn't even have towels. somebody had cut the television cord. This location and the management team did nothing to rectify the situation. I do not recommend this hotel to anybody.

it was absolutely horrible. Upon arriving the front desk was very rude to us. Then when we went to our first room it was under maintenance so we’re shoved out. The next room quite possibly had bed bugs, not to mention the bed broke within hours. Then when we spoke to them about it, we were given yet another room. This room was absolutely the worst I’ve ever seen. There was black mold, cockroaches, cigarette holes in the bedding, and hair in the shower. Had it not been for it being so late we would of left immediately. Absolutely do not stay here, the price is not worth it. Save yourself the money and stress.

Where do I start, I choose this place because it was close to my job . (We were expecting a bad Ice storm!) The 1st room had a horrible smell to it and the heater didnt work at all. It was already 26 degrees when I checked in. There where lamps with no bulbs hair on the Shower so the 2nd room looked like it hasn't been cleaned and it also didnt have any heat. I just asked for my money back and drove all the way Home which is a Hr away. This location was a No for me.

The service desk she was professional. She asked for ID, and told me price $75 after I told her what shelter I needed single bed. The truth price and the way she made me feel was awesome. Better than being lied to about the price any day. Bring your xtra towels and blankets though. I slept fine from the cold during the pandemic it's crazy how some service taking advantage of persons. Thank you Motel 6 for the service. I'll be back. It fits my pockets just keep it clean. This guy at 75 central hotel told me a lie, he told me the room was $85 with deposit for $100 dollars total for room. Then on my card charged me $230 three times saying my card declined when I knew I had money. The bank saw it right off. Thank you "wells fargo" fraud charges. They know my behavior. After finding that out I talked to him above and he was rude and lying to other customers about there's no deposit. I should sue this company for discrimination. Yet, I'll hurt them by seeing them plummet in profits. Divine Justice. It's about how you treat potential customers.

Everything about the hotel is horrible Lots of drug addicts n dealers Do not stay there
Run run fast... They have roaches and cigarettes burnes all over the beds... Then had the never to have an attitude when I asked for something bad... Dont stay run and run fast...

Well the cotton bowl is far enough away from this junkie infested motel, I'd stay there.
