If I can give this place no stars I would. Their liars. They say one thing, and the paper invoice says another. Their not honest. They don't really hear what you have to say when you ask a question. They just yes you to death and when you confront them about what they said, they can't back it up and just say " well the paper says ". GARBAGE. Will never go to this place again.

Always a bit of a wait to get any attention but they always have clean cars. Not sure why there is a high turnaround in employees here but the ones who are here are always professional and provide good customer service. Happy it's close to my home.

I have rented and returned cars to this location a few times, and each time it has been an easy and friendly experience :) Nick went above and beyond to make sure I was informed and comfortable with my car. More importantly, when I was waiting outside, he came out to greet me and asked if I would rather discuss the rental outdoors (due to the recent increase in Covid cases with the Omicron variant, I really appreciated this). When I have rented to return to this location (one way) they have called me to see if I will be needing a ride from the rental location. Finally, the prices are generally affordable compared to other rental companies. I would highly recommend renting here!
