I chose this company after reading their responses to customer reviews. The owner provides reasonable, professional, and well-thought responses regardless of the rating. The technician who came to the house was friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. My only complaint is the additional cost to treat the attic wasn’t addressed until the technician was here. All things considered it’s not that big a deal and I paid to have it done. Before the attic was treated the technician advised me to turn off the dehumidifier I have located there to avoid any possible damage which I really appreciate. When he was done I was advised to give it a week and if we still had problems he’d return at no extra cost. Within four days our insect problem was gone.

Absolutely, Imperial pest prevention does offer a guarantees on our pest control services. If you see any live insect activity, give us a call and we will gladly return and retreat at no additional charge. If it is a one-time service that you hire us for, we do offer a 30-day guarantees for those Pest Control applications. Yes. If you are local, visit the Imperial Pest Prevention office and leave your specimen. In the event you can not make it in, we will gladly come out to you. The Entomological department at Imperial Pest Prevention is equipped with lab equipment and the resources to identify your insect. If we are unable to determine, we have relations with the Department of Agriculture in Florida who we can outsource to further assist. Animals just as humans vary on degrees of sensitivity, for this reason, we recommend moving all pets out of the structure during any pest control treatments for liability reasosn, and your pets safety.
For liability reasons, Imperial Pest Prevention always makes the recommendation to leave the house for at least 4hrs. With that being said, many customers stay in their home during normal scheduled visits. If you are having a pest control start up service for an active infestation, we most definitely request you leave the home with all pets at least 4hrs, so we can treat accordingly. We do provide service tickets upon completion. We also have some customers that like to have them emailed, which we can also provide. You do speak to office personnel when you contact the Imperial pest prevention office. When we schedule our appointments, that is also direct from office personnel as well.
