Useful for traversing the immediate area, because there's a large sky-bridge in the middle. There's some neat little restaurants and a gym attached to this. I found a used condom in the elevator once. Someone's been listening to too much Aerosmith, again.

Encore casino bought majority of the spots on the lower level for their employees which has brought everyone up to park in the mbta owned 6-8 floor. If you’re not here by 8 am don’t even attempt it. 90% of the spots are filled by 7 am when I get to the garage. You have to park in tight and narrow spots which are even worse now that there’s hundreds of people fighting for spots. Oh and like the reviewer below me stated the elevators are out of service more than they’re in service as part of “upgrades”. And not just 1 elevator bank, all 3 areas that have elevators are constantly down for upgrades so if you’re handicap or have a baby carriage good luck

I'm very upset with this garage. I've been a customer since the garage opened. I bought a monthly pass for the lower floors because the elevators are always broken. They are revoking my monthly pass due to the casino taking over 700 spots. Nice way to do business with loyal customers! They should rethink their business plan because now all the commuters are subject to the 6-8 floors with no elevators for the past month. I'm going to save some money and take the bus to the T.

Great garage from the perspective of location, price, access to T, BUT...I went into Boston last night and arrived back around 11:30. My parking ticket could not be read by any reader in the garage. Hitting the HELP button on the ticket readers did nothing. There was no one working in the office. I was stuck and could not get out of the garage. Fortunately, I found a good samaritan who gave me his ticket to get out. I'm not sure how he was going to get out but he said he could take care of it. BTW, if you hit Lost Ticket on any of the readers, it charges you $100! And my fee should have been about $7. Would not recommend parking there in the evening unless they start clearly posting how to get help if you get stuck!
