Veterans Memorial Park

There's no beach or sand here. Very quiet and serene place to park and chill although I was just passing by on a Sunday. Very few parking spots are shaded. There's not much to this park, it's just to visit the Veterans memorial installations or have a group gathering in the large gazebo. The kids park is down the street so you won't see any families and kids here running around.

Beautiful and serene park on the banks of Old Tampa Bay. Lovely Spanish moss draped oaks for shade, plants galore for the bees and butterflies, birds, and leaping mullet were seen on this trip. There are 2 picnic pavillions, a gazebo, and restrooms are available at the wonderful park!

What a lovely park. The water rode right on the grass which was very pleasant. There were outdoor body exercises that was a great addition with a beautiful gazebo when the rain showers hit.

Very relaxing and nice spot for fresh air, short walk and photoshoot. Public parking available. It's in the neighborhood.
