Very friendly staff including housekeeping! Rooms were very clean and cozy! My bathroom was very clean with almost a luxury-like shower stall and sink plus toiletries you can only find in high end retailers! Because the refrigerator in my room wasn’t working during my three-night stay, the front desk clerk gave me a free breakfast coupon for the on-site restaurant, which normally has expensive prices for lunch and dinner!

Very nice rooms, recently renovated. Staff is friendly and accomodating. Location is excellent, close to the ski mountain and town. Complimentary shuttle to Steamboat ski area. Rex’s restaurant is very good. Breakfast menus are creative and good portions. Plus it’s a great place for dinner with a lively bar. Outside hot tub was much appreciated.

What a treat it is to get to stay again at the Holiday Inn Express in Steamboat! Tammy has been the smile at the front desk for years and I was so grateful to see her when we checked in. She and Quinton were so kind, treating us like we were special guests. My daughter was over the moon - it has set such a wonderful tone for the stay. The hotel was recently renovated and it looks great! It’s clean and smells nice and it’s quiet. The pool and jacuzzis are great and the gym had everything we needed. It’s a great place to stay. Be sure to say hi to Tammy, she’s a gem! Thanks

We stayed here for Steamboat MusicFest. We were pleasantly surprised with the hotel. Tammy at the front desk and her dog Whiskey were friendly faces to see in the morning. The attached restaurant Rex’s is delicious, fast and decently priced for steamboat. The beds were very comfortable. Super clean rooms. Outdoor hot tub fits about 8 and was nice to come to after skiing. The shuttle is amazing, on time and dependable. We thought we got low-end accommodations for the festival but we would choose this place anytime and bring our dogs next time as they are dog-friendly.
