As a health care professional myself, previously military combat medic then EMT for 13 years plus, Hudson Headwaters exhibits some of the most red flag behavior I have seen. DR silverberg is most defiantly in early stage dementia, he wrote me a Benzo when I was already on one, never checking the prescription management system, seeing I was on one, he should of never wrote it. I myself not knowing the rules, took it. This set off a chain reaction losing 3 doctors in one week because they communicated between themselves thinking I was seeking more medication, when in fact I just thought it was additional help for seizure control. They took no time to listen to my side of the story, lacked total empathy. Never again, I will make my mission to communicate to people to seek care elsewhere.

I have delt with several Hudson Headwaters offices over the years and have never been impressed by any of them. The whole system is a joke and they have too many patients. With covid its impossible to see a dr! I only continue to go to them because of my insurance. I'd choose any other place over them

Absolutely the WORST Health Care Provider in Northern New York.. They keep cancelling appointment's. Doctor's and P.A's let staff take the messages designated for them. They are disgusting. No follow Up. Always have excuses. Stay far away from these clowns. Especially Alexis Mondella, AKA Doogie Howser.
