They take great care in listening to my problems. They stategize to resolve problems, they follow up to see how I'm doing. (Unheard of these days in the medical field.) It's great comfort knowing they think about you and put your best interest first.

Excellent care and very friendly staff. Been with this clinic for 4 years. They go above and beyond to be helpful. (I know, I need them a lot.) Thank you DHC staff!

Still waiting for a call back ... it's been almost a week. Take your time! It's only my health! You don't REALLY care about that, do you?

We are a primary care doctor’s office for adults in the greater Hanover community. We offer in person, video and telephone visits for patients. Our patients have access to a Behavioral Health Specialist on-site. Our patients are also able to access an DHC provider 24/7 by phone for urgent needs after business hours or on the weekends. We also have on-site laboratories and can coordinate transportation when you need help getting to appointments. In addition, we provide exercise and health and wellness group classes.
We’re Dartmouth Health Connect, a doctor’s office dedicated to providing quality primary care for adults in the greater Hanover community. We take care of our patients in ways that other doctors cannot. As a Dartmouth Health Connect patient, you receive a primary care provider and Health Coach who are focused on your needs, and you are also supported by a care team. We practice relationship-based care, which means we take the time to get to know our patients and value the relationships we build with them.
We are open and welcoming new patients, and remain on call for our patients 24/7. While COVID-19 remains a threat, we are committed to keeping our patients, team members and the greater community safe during this pandemic. We have implemented a number of processes and procedures, and are following the latest guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (the CDC) for medical practices and healthcare facilities to best protect you. For patients in need of in-person care, we are taking measures to safeguard the health of our patients and care teams in our practices. This includes cleaning the exam room after every appointment, wearing personal protective equipment, as well as requiring patients to wear masks when they are at the practice.
We can partner with any specialist that is in your insurance network. If you have existing relationships with specialists, great! Feel free to keep them. If not, we can recommend one.
While we are not affiliated with any hospital, we can work with any hospital that is within your network and we can coordinate with your loved ones to help ensure you are getting the care you need.
