After visiting the Dairy Queen in Natick, I may not go back. I tried to use the online app to order. It did not work this time or the previous 3 times. I asked 2 different girls at the counter and they indicated they could not help me. So we left and went to another competitor for ice cream.

I went here for ice cream, and dinner about a week ago. I can tell anyone reading my review right now that I was not disappointed! Great food, great prices, and legendary ice cream! I highly recommend it. Especially now that it's summer. This is a great little local Dairy Queen!

Good customer service. Shake were nice and thick; along with being full of flavor. Blizzards were slightly melted - as if made first then sat until rest of order done.

Had two different blizzards. The royal brownie one and the cookies and cream . The brownie one had really less brownies and the cookies one had no cookies. I was expecting better.
